Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced peach
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup oil

Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the mashed banana, diced apple, pineapple, and peach to the bowl and mix well.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract and caramel sauce until well combined.
5. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk and water, until a smooth batter forms.
7. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
