Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs

Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped parsley, softened butter, salt, and pepper to create a garlic butter mixture.
3. Place the chicken breasts on a baking dish and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs to create an egg wash.
5. Dip each chicken breast into the egg wash, coating both sides.
6. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Place the seared chicken breasts back into the baking dish and add the broccoli, carrots, and celery around the chicken.
8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
