Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the minced garlic to the other side. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Push the garlic to the side with the chicken and crack the eggs into the skillet. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the chicken, garlic, and eggs.
6. Season the fried rice with black pepper and soy sauce. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
7. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
