- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
