Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. Heat some vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
4. Push the mushrooms to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the mushrooms and eggs.
6. Add the flaked salmon to the skillet and mix well.
7. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until heated through.
8. Serve the garlic salmon fried rice hot and enjoy!
