Recipe Name: Garlic Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 slices bread, toasted and crumbled
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice and pasta separately according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper and cook until slightly softened.
4. Season with salt and soy sauce, stir well.
5. Pour in the tomato sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked rice and pasta to the pan, mix everything together until well combined.
7. Sprinkle the toasted bread crumbs on top for added texture.
8. Serve the garlic tomato pasta hot, garnished with diced cucumber and sliced zucchini.
