Ingredients:
- 1 cup crumbled Gouda cheese
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup peas
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 6 falafel patties

Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the falafel patties on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.
3. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
4. Add the corn kernels and peas to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
5. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
6. Once the falafel patties are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
7. In a serving bowl, layer the sautéed vegetables and crumbled Gouda cheese.
8. Cut the falafel patties into bite-sized pieces and place them on top of the vegetables and cheese.
