Recipe Name: Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can of beans
- Lettuce, tomatoes (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayo, and mustard to make the marinade.
3. Marinate the chicken breasts in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
4. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
5. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
6. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
7. In the same pan, heat the beans until warm.
8. Assemble the rice bowl by placing a serving of rice at the bottom, followed by the grilled chicken, beans, lettuce, and tomatoes.
9. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the bowl for extra flavor.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
