Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 4 soft taco shells
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon pepper
- 2 eggs

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Season the sliced grilled chicken breast with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. Grill or pan-sear until cooked through, then slice into strips.
3. In a separate pan, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
4. Warm the soft taco shells in the oven or microwave.
5. To assemble the taco bowl, start by layering the cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
6. Top the rice with the grilled chicken strips, scrambled eggs, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
