Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil to make the marinade.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
5. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
