Recipe Name: Homemade Bread

Ingredients:
- 500g bread flour
- 7g yeast
- 50g butter
- 25g sugar
- 300ml water
- 10g salt
- 5g bread improver
- 1 egg

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and bread improver.
2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter in the water over low heat until the mixture is lukewarm.
3. Gradually pour the butter and water mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring to combine.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Beat the egg and brush it over the top of the loaf for a shiny finish.
9. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
