Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry until slightly tender.
5. Push the broccoli to one side of the skillet and pour the whisked eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
