- 2 leeks (poireaux)
- 1 onion (oignon)
- 200g crème fraiche
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Slice the leeks and onion thinly.
3. In a pan, sauté the leeks and onion with a bit of olive oil until they are soft and translucent.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a tart pan.
6. Spread the sautéed leeks and onion evenly over the pie crust.
7. Pour the crème fraiche over the leeks and onion mixture.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
