Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, about 4-5 lbs
- 2 lemons
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
3. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, and the juice of one lemon.
4. Rub the herb mixture all over the chicken, making sure to coat it evenly.
