Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Step by Step Guide:
1. Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse them in a food processor until they resemble rice grains. Set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
4. Add the diced bell peppers and grated carrot. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
5. Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
6. Sprinkle turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt over the cauliflower rice. Mix until well combined.
7. Cover the pan and let the cauliflower rice cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Once the cauliflower rice is cooked through and tender, remove from heat.
9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
