Recipe Name: Mexican Chicken and Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 lb chicken drumsticks
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- Pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- Lettuce, shredded
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 2 red potatoes, diced
- 2 russet potatoes, diced

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a large pot, cook the rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. In a separate pan, heat some oil over medium heat and add the chicken drumsticks. Cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the diced tomato, onion, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
4. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
5. In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
6. In another pot, cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
7. In a large bowl, assemble the ingredients: start with a base of rice and quinoa, then add the black beans, lettuce, lime juice, avocado slices, shredded carrots, and diced potatoes.
8. Top the bowl with the cooked chicken drumsticks and ground beef mixture.
