- 2 tablespoons miso paste

1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
3. Add the sliced Spitzkohl to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until it starts to soften.
4. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with a little water to create a smooth paste.
5. Add the miso paste to the skillet and stir well to coat the Spitzkohl.
6. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the Spitzkohl is cooked to your desired tenderness.
