Ingredients:
- 6 slices of bread
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup beetroot, grated
- Indian spices (such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, salt)
Instructions:
1. In a pan, heat some oil and add the chopped cauliflower, green peas, grated carrot, and beetroot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
2. Add the mashed potatoes and Indian spices to the pan. Mix well and cook for another few minutes.
3. Take a slice of bread and trim the edges. Flatten the bread using a rolling pin.
4. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of the bread slice and roll it up tightly.
5. Repeat the same process for the remaining bread slices.
6. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry the bread rolls until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
