Ingredients:
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup dal (lentils), washed and drained
- Assorted spices (such as cumin, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder)
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- Salt to taste

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a large pot, combine the washed dal with 3 cups of water. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer until the dal is cooked and soft.
2. In a separate pan, heat some oil. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
4. Add the assorted spices (cumin, coriander powder, red chili powder) and sauté for a minute.
5. Add the cubed paneer to the tomato mixture and cook for a few minutes until the paneer is heated through.
6. In another pan, heat some oil and add the diced potatoes. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
7. Once the dal is cooked, add the paneer-tomato mixture to the dal and mix well.
8. Serve the Paneer Dal with Spiced Tomato Potato hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
