Recipe Name: Paneer Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Saute until onions are translucent.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and cubed paneer. Cook until the paneer is slightly browned.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and paneer.
6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
7. Pour the sauce over the rice mixture and stir well to combine.
8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
