Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
3. Add the peanut butter and honey/maple syrup to the mashed bananas and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth out the top.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
