Recipe Name: Potato and Egg Lavash Wraps

Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 hamburgers, cooked and sliced
- 8 chicken nuggets, cooked
- 4 lavash bread sheets
- 2 tbsp oil
- Ketchup sauce, to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until they are fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the boiled potatoes. Add flour and mix until well combined.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour a portion of the potato and egg mixture into the skillet to make a thin omelette. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make 4 omelettes.
4. Place a lavash bread sheet on a clean surface. Place a cooked omelette on the lavash bread.
5. Top the omelette with sliced tomatoes, cooked hamburgers, and chicken nuggets.
6. Drizzle ketchup sauce over the toppings.
7. Roll up the lavash bread to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 wraps.
8. Serve the Potato and Egg Lavash Wraps warm and enjoy!
