Ingredients:
- 4 poulet breasts
- 1 cup grated fromage (cheese)
- 2 tomates, sliced
- 1 oignon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon poivre (pepper)
- 2 cloves ail (garlic), minced

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated fromage, chopped oignon, minced ail, and poivre.
3. Cut a pocket into each poulet breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
4. Place the stuffed poulet breasts in a baking dish.
5. Top the poulet with sliced tomates.
6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the poulet is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
