Recipe Name: Poulet Colombo Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 blanc de poulet (chicken breast)
- 2 œufs (eggs)
- 100g mozzarella
- 1 tomate (tomato)
- Poivre (pepper)
- Ail (garlic)
- Gingembre (ginger)
- 100ml lait concentré (condensed milk)
- 50ml vin blanc (white wine)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp poudre colombo (Colombo powder)
- Thym (thyme)
- Laurier (bay leaf)
- 200g Pâtes (pasta)
- 1 poivron (bell pepper)
- 1 concombre (cucumber)
- Salade (lettuce)
- 2 carottes (carrots)
- 1 orange
- 200g purée de tomate (tomato puree)
- 2 pommes de terre (potatoes)
- 2 tbsp concentré de tomate (tomato paste)

Instructions:
1. Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded cooked chicken, diced mozzarella, chopped tomato, sliced bell pepper, diced cucumber, shredded lettuce, grated carrots, and orange segments.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, condensed milk, white wine, paprika, Colombo powder, minced garlic, grated ginger, thyme, and bay leaf.
4. Heat a pan over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Cook until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
5. Add the tomato puree and tomato paste to the scrambled eggs, stirring well to combine.
6. Pour the egg and tomato mixture over the pasta salad and toss to coat everything evenly.
7. Serve the Poulet Colombo Pasta Salad chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
