Ingredients:
- 8 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking
- Cooked rice, for serving

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat some vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the prawns from the wok and set aside.
4. In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.
6. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and pour in the whisked eggs. Allow them to set slightly before scrambling them.
7. Once the eggs are cooked, combine them with the vegetables in the wok.
8. Add the prawns back to the wok and stir everything together.
9. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
10. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
11. Serve the prawn and egg stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
