- 1 small pumpkin (Kürbis)
- 1 can of chickpeas (Kichererbsen)
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion (Zwiebel)
- 2 cloves of garlic (Knoblauch)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Peel and dice the pumpkin into small cubes. Place them on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until tender.
3. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
5. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and add them to the pan. Cook until the zucchini is tender.
6. Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then add them to the pan along with the roasted pumpkin.
7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss everything together until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
8. Serve the pumpkin and chickpea spaghetti with zucchini hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
