Recipe Name: Quick and Easy Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
3. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the vegetables in the skillet.
5. Stir well to coat the vegetables in the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve the veggie stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles.
