Ingredients:
- 4 sausages
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
3. Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
6. Add the sliced potatoes to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until they start to brown.
7. Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
8. Transfer the potato mixture to a baking dish.
9. Place the browned sausages on top of the potatoes.
10. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
11. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
