- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

- 2 tbsp olive oil

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until they are almost fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
