Recipe Name: Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced onions and bell peppers, and sauté until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and shrimp to the skillet, and cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Push the ingredients to one side of the skillet, and pour the beaten eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Mix everything together in the skillet, then add the cooked rice. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
6. Season the fried rice with salt and pepper to taste, and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Remove the skillet from heat and serve the delicious shrimp fried rice hot.
