Step by Step Guide:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until the garlic is golden brown and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet along with the chopped parsley. Toss to coat the spaghetti evenly with the garlic oil mixture.
4. If the spaghetti seems dry, add some of the reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
