Ingredients:
- 6 slices of brown bread, crusts removed and cut into cubes
- 1 tsp Indian spices (such as garam masala or chai masala)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp custard powder
- 1 large carrot, grated
- Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brown bread cubes, grated carrot, and lemon zest.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, Indian spices, and custard powder until well combined.
4. Pour the milk mixture over the bread and carrot mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
