Ingredients:
- Canola Oil
- Salt
- Spices (includes Turmeric)
- Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Sugar)
- Brandy Vinegar
- Palm Fat
- Garlic Powder
- Dehydrated Onion
- Black Garlic
- Onion Powder
- Spice Extract

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of Canola Oil, 1 teaspoon of Salt, a mixture of Spices (including Turmeric), 1/2 cup of Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons of Brandy Vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Palm Fat, 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon of Dehydrated Onion, 2 cloves of minced Black Garlic, 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder, and a few drops of Spice Extract.
2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
3. Place your choice of protein or vegetables in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
4. Pour the marinade over the protein or vegetables, ensuring they are well coated.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
6. When ready to cook, remove the protein or vegetables from the marinade and cook as desired (grill, bake, or sauté).
