Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chile sauce
- 1 can Black eyed peas
- 6 slices Bacon
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 bunch Collard greens

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet with the bacon grease. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the Chile sauce and black eyed peas. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
4. Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add it back to the skillet with the Chile sauce and black eyed peas. Stir to combine.
5. Chop the cooked bacon into small pieces and sprinkle it over the chicken and black eyed peas mixture.
6. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the collard greens for a few minutes until they are tender.
7. Serve the spicy chicken and black eyed peas over a bed of collard greens. Enjoy!
