Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 red chillies, chopped
- 1 potato, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until it is no longer pink.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
4. Add the chopped red chillies, diced potato, diced tomatoes, and chopped onion to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together.
6. Season with salt to taste and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
