Recipe Name: Spicy Chicken Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chicken
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- Hot/savory sauces (to taste)
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 12 oz Macaroni
- Hot Sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk and hot/savory sauces for at least 1 hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
3. In a bowl, mix together kosher salt, black pepper, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne powder.
4. Dredge the marinated chicken in the seasoned flour mixture.
5. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, add heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, and paprika. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
7. Add cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and well combined.
8. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and add to the cheese sauce.
9. Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and fold into the mac and cheese mixture.
10. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
11. Serve hot, drizzled with hot sauce if desired.
