Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

3. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and stir-fry the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
4. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
