- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir fry for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the pan, and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, and sesame oil.
6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the pan, and toss everything together until well coated.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
