Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving

Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil.
6. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
7. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the spicy chicken stir-fry over cooked rice.
