Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- Shredded cheese and chopped green onions for garnish

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is soft.
2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. While the chili is simmering, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. Serve the spicy chili over the cooked pasta, garnish with shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
