Recipe Name: Spicy Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and set aside.
2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and scramble the eggs until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a little more oil and sauté the cumin seeds until fragrant.
4. Add the minced ginger and ginger garlic paste, and cook until the raw smell disappears.
5. Stir in the ketchup, soy sauce, oregano, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until the rice is well coated with the sauce.
7. Gently fold in the scrambled eggs and mix everything together.
8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Spicy Egg Fried Rice!
