Ingredients:
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the vegetables and stir to combine.
5. Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture and continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or over rice.
