Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp lemongrass turmeric paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp dry red rose petals
- 1/2 tsp saffron powder
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ginger garlic paste, red curry paste, tandoori masala, lemongrass turmeric paste, garam masala, dry red rose petals, saffron powder, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well to form a marinade.
2. Add the boneless chicken thighs to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
6. Serve the spicy lemongrass chicken thighs hot with steamed rice or a side of vegetables.
