Recipe Name: Spicy Moong Dal

Ingredients:
- 1 cup moong dal
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Water
- 1 tbsp oil

Instructions:
1. Rinse the moong dal under running water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pressure cooker, heat oil over medium heat.
3. Add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies. Saute for a minute until fragrant.
4. Add the rinsed moong dal, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Pour in enough water to cover the dal by about an inch.
6. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 3-4 whistles or until the dal is cooked through.
7. Once the pressure releases, open the lid and give the dal a good stir.
8. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
