Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onions and green chilies. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
3. Add the diced potatoes and brinjal to the pan. Stir well to combine.
4. Sprinkle salt and masala powder over the vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly.
5. Cover the pan with a lid and let the vegetables cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
