Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons sambal paste
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
5. Stir in sambal paste, soy sauce, and sliced red chili. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the prawn sambal mixture.
7. Season with salt to taste and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
