- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
2. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
4. Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
5. Mix the shrimp with the vegetables in the pan.
6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the shrimp and vegetables.
7. Stir everything together and cook for another minute to allow the flavors to meld.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
