Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving

Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.
5. Mix the shrimp with the vegetables and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili flakes. Stir well to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
