Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2-3 green chillies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 8-10 curry leaves
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
2. Add the chopped onions and green chillies to the pan. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
3. Add the curry leaves and continue to saute for another minute.
4. Stir in the tamarind paste and mix well with the onions and chillies.
5. Cook the mixture for a few more minutes until the flavors are well combined.
6. Remove from heat and let it cool down slightly.
7. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
8. Season with salt to taste and blend again to incorporate.
9. Serve the spicy tamarind onion chutney as a condiment with dosa, idli, or any other South Indian dish.
