Ingredients:
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 egg
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Push the tofu to one side of the skillet and crack the egg into the empty space. Scramble the egg until cooked through.
4. Add the bean sprouts and sliced chili to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the bean sprouts are slightly wilted.
7. Serve the spicy tofu and bean sprout stir-fry over cooked rice.
